Often I get requested how to extract specific data from a checklist created on coresuite mobile. This blog post wants to guide you step by step in creating a really sample coresuite checklist and extract the data once the checklist is stored in SAP Business One.
The scenario is the following:
Technicians need to report the serial numbers that gets replaced on a certain Equipment Card.
On SAP Side there is an Equipment Card which is linked to a certain Customer. The technicians create Service Calls on the mobile, they select the equipment card and they attach a checklist to the service call.
After synchronizing, the service call with the attached checklist is saved in SAP Business One.
At this stage a customize rule will process all incoming checklists and will extract the data saving them on a plain User Defined Table (UDT).
We will then use the Grid Configurator to display all data extracted from the checklist.
