Hello expert,

i was wondering whether you can help me on a small issue below:

I have created a query for credit note.

on the query when it open the users can select the credit note and press the email button to email the credit notes.

on the printer definition --> email/tax tab --> e-mail text i have the below text.

the below should display on the email body but at the moment it is EMPTY and only email with the attachment of the credit note.

SELECT 'Dear ' + Cardname +' ('+ cardcode+ ')

  Please find Attached

  Invoice ' + LTRIM(STR(Docnum)) + ' Based on Sales Order ' + U_rbDelivery + '

<B>  Any Discrepancies, non-delivery, shortages, price Queries, Damages or any other queries must be advised to us within 7 days of delivery.

Any Queries received after 7 days will not be considered."</B>

Kind Regards

Hi Taziki,

you can use something like:

SELECT 'HELLO ' + CardName  FROM [O@@RDR] WHERE DocEntry =  [%DocEntry]

OR

[@T0000010] [%DocNum]

kind regards

Lothar

Hi Lothar,

When i tested with

SELECT 'Dear ' + Cardname + ',' +

' Please find attached Credit Note'  +
'                                                                      This is a automatic e-mail and is NOT monitored.  Please DO NOT reply back directly to this email address  ' FROM [O@@RDR] WHERE DocEntry =  [%DocEntry]

The result is that i get the below which is all on one line.  How do i get it to return on another row to make it more easier to read?

Dear Waso Ltd, Please find attached Credit Note This is a automatic e-mail and is NOT monitored. Please DO NOT reply back directly to this email address

Hi Tazaki,

you can manage it like:

SELECT 'HELLO ' + CHAR(13) + CardName  FROM [O@@RDR] WHERE DocEntry =  [%DocEntry]
