Hello,

On 2 clients I get the error message: Could not load module COR_EPA_UI_2 version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral

I have removed SBO and re-installed SBO and the DI-API

Anyone any idea?

Hi

Please make sure, that the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 is installed on these two clients. Most often an older .NET Framework is causing such a problem.

Kind regards, Marc

Hi

Can you please check if you have two entries in your "COR_COR_MODULES" UDT, one with "COR_EPA_UI_2" and another one with "COR_EPA_UI" for the U_ModuleGuid column?

If so, you can delete the row with the value "COR_EPA_UI_2".
Additionally you need to delete all rows in the "coresuite" database, table "modules" with the "sipguid" equal to "COR_EPA_UI_2":

<pre class="brush-sql syntax">DELETE FROM coresuite.dbo.modules WHERE sipguid = 'COR_EPA_UI_2'</pre>

After you restart the SAP Business One with the coresuite addon on the clients which have this problem, the error-message should hopefully not appear anymore.

Kind regards, Marc

Important is as well that you remove both files COR_EPA_UI_2.sip and COR_EPA_UI_2.dll from the addons-directory (.../SAP/SAP Business One/AddOns/COR/coresuite/)!
Otherwise, the message will still appear.
