#28764 Sortierung Aktivitäten über Geschäftspartner

Hallo Marco

 

Deine Beobachtung ist korrekt. Der Screen von Sub-Menus (wie bspl. Aktivitäten vom Geschäftspartner) sind nicht sortierbar. Diese Listen werden immer nach  Datum sortiert. Wir planen auch nicht ein, Nebenfenster sortierbar oder konfigurierbar zu machen. Dafür vorgesehen sind die Hauptfenster.

 

Weswegen ist die Applikation so aufgebaut: weil es 'einigermassen' simple sein muss. Zu viel Konfiguration auf der Mobilseite erhöht die Klickrate und das verhindert bei sehr vielen Usecases die Effizienz.

 

Kurzer Ausblick: was im Nov 2015-Release kommt und auch im 2016 weiter ausgebaut wird ist konfigurierbare Masken auf der Mobilseite. Das löst zwar die Sortierung nicht von den Aktivtäten-Screen aber es hilft für andere Fälle, die Applikation noch besser zu customizen.

Purpose of the customize rule
This rule creates a configurable Menu which returns a top items sold report sorted by revenue-size over a specific time period. You can use the list for further actions like Excel-Export or similar.

Requirements for this customize rule 
-----------The rule requires coresuite Version 4.0 or higher and SAP Business One 9.0 or higher.

Procedure how to use the customize example rule
1. Download the attached *.cocu file

2. Import in SAP Business One view > Administration > Add-Ons > coresuite customize > Import / Export > Import rules > All Active

 

3. Restart coresuite customize

 

4. Open the menu Business Partners. Click on 'top sold items'. Fill in the parameter selection pop up and see your Addhoc-Report.

IMPORTANT: when you import the customize rule but have not created the parameters yet in your system, have have to fill out this list below manually. Simply make sure you selected parameter type 'designer' and that the parameter-names are identical to the ones you see below.

#28058 Grid Configurator: Create follow up Activities from a template

Purpose of the customize rule
This rule creates a right click menu on the Sales Order 'Follow up Activity'. A separate form is loaded where you can select from a template which follow-up-activity type you would like to create.

Requirements for this customize rule 
The rule requires coresuite Version 4.0 or higher and SAP Business One 9.0 or higher.

Procedure how to use the customize example rule
1. Download the attached *.cocu file

2. Import in SAP Business One view > Administration > Add-Ons > coresuite customize > Import / Export > Import rules > All Active

 

3. Restart coresuite customize

 

4. Open the Sales Order. Rightclick on the Form and select 'Follow up Activity.

5. A new form is popping up. Choose what Follow Up Template you would like for the Activity creation by clicking on the golden arrow.

Purpose of the customize rule
This rule shows all linked Purchase Order Item details you have added through a Sales Order directly on the Sales Order in a separate folder

Requirements for this customize rule 
The rule requires coresuite Version 4.0 or higher and SAP Business One 9.0 or higher.

Procedure how to use the customize example rule
1. Download the attached *.cocu file
